Please read through our Terms & Conditions carefully before placing a booking with us.

Just so you know, we may modify or update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect the changes in our business and practices. So, it might be worth you reviewing this page from time to time. 

 

When we change the Terms & Conditions in a significant way we will let you know and update the ‘last amended’ header as below.

TOURS
  • All tour bookings must be pre-booked in advance. The fare will be agreed when the booking is made.

  • By submitting any information to us via any medium, you consent to us storing this information for our own records and internal business use.

  • The fare must be paid in full at the end of the journey via cash or card.

  • We can only carry a maximum of two passengers.

  • Seatbelts must be worn at all times by all passengers. 

  • Regretfully our Tuk Tuk has no wheelchair access.

  • Children under 15 years of age are not permitted to travel unless accompanied by an appropriate adult.

  • Child passengers must be at least 4 years old.

  • We can only carry a small amount of luggage as space is very limited in our Tuk Tuk.

  • A charge of £70.00 will be made to any passenger who soils our Tuk Tuk.

  • We cannot be held responsible for any damaged or lost property/personal belongings.

TAXI

  • All taxi bookings must be pre-booked in advance. The fare will be agreed when the booking is made.

  • By submitting any information to us via any medium, you consent to us storing this information for our own records and internal business use.

  • The fare must be paid in full at the end of the journey via cash or card.

WEDDINGS

  • All wedding bookings must be pre-booked in advance. The price will be agreed when the booking is made.

  • By submitting any information to us via any medium, you consent to us storing this information for our own records and internal business use.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid up front to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 1 month before the wedding date.

  • Cancellation must be made in writing. A cancellation made less than 6 months to the wedding date will require the remaining balance to be paid in full immediately. Any deposit paid is non-refundable. 

  • Postponing must be made in writing. A booking can only be postponed if the date you wish to postpone to is available. If the date is not available then the booking will be cancelled as per our cancellation terms above.

DATE NIGHTS

  • All date night bookings must be pre-booked in advance. The price will be agreed when the booking is made.

  • By submitting any information to us via any medium, you consent to us storing this information for our own records and internal business use.

  • Payment is required in full up front to secure the booking. 

  • We can only carry a maximum of two passengers.

  • Seatbelts must be worn at all times by all passengers. 

  • Regretfully our Tuk Tuk has no wheelchair access.

  • Children under 15 years of age are not permitted to travel unless accompanied by an appropriate adult.

  • The Cow Restaurant has a challenge 25 policy, so if you’re lucky enough to look under 25, you will be asked to prove that you are aged 18 or over when you buy alcohol.

  • You must be located within a 5 mile radius of The Cow Restaurant for us to be able to transport you in our Tuk Tuk. If you are outside this radius, there will be an additional charge depending on where you are located.

gift vouchers

  • Payment is required in full up front before a gift voucher is issued. 

  • By submitting any information to us via any medium, you consent to us storing this information for our own records and internal business use.

  • All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed after this.

  • Gift vouchers will be posted to the postal address provided to us via PayPal unless we are otherwise instructed.

  • We can only carry a maximum of two passengers.
